While Lisbon is farther from the beaten path of tourism it lacks no personality and is a rich culture hidden away in a small corner of the continent waiting for you to discover. Take it easy on the 50 cent glasses of wine and pitchers of Sangria and enjoy the bite-size sightseeing itinerary that this city offers and head to the beaches just outside the city to cap a perfect weekend.
